Who is Czan?

When asked for some more information about himself, this is what Michał Czan had to say:

"My name is Michał Czan and I was born in Głogòw, Poland on January 4th 1987. I came to Canada when I was not even four years old. I am currently attending Ryerson University earning a bachelor degree in International Economics and Finance and also on the side I am earning a second bachelor in Marketing Management. I wish that one day the knowledge I receive from school will make a difference in the world of business by increasing social responsibility. Possibly one day I will be able to open my own business based on such values.

I have always enjoyed biking ever since I received my first bicycle at my first communion. The wild idea to bike across Canada first came to my thoughts in grade seven or eight but I was too young for such a journey then. After years went by it faded away into my wish list of things I wanted to do but probably wouldn’t.

Over the years I have seen how the world is and how we have become desensitized from the needs of others; I realized something must be done. After stumbling on a quotes of Mother Teresa of Calcutta on the internet it lead me into understanding why the world is created the way it is. Then it came to me – I finally have a reason to bike across Canada; and here I am biking away."
